If you live in the area covered by then you are eligible for full membership otherwise you may, at the membership administrors discretion, apply for guest membership.

Once you have registered there will a delay while the application is vetted by the membership administrator. This is to ensure you are who you say you are and that the security of the website and data is not compromised, so please be patient and allow a few days for this to happen. Please note that during this waiting period, you will not receive notification of incidents, news items or events that may be posted.
